ABOUT ME
Hello there! My name is Mateus Ferreira, and I started my career as a gameplay programmer for console games. For about eight years, I've worked closely with companies such as Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.Nowadays, I enjoy drinking a cold cup of cashew juice while solving problems, optimizing assets, and learning new technologies for Steel Hunters at DPS Games (Wargaming UK).How cool is that?
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
These are the pieces of software I use on a daily basis to create my effects from start to finish. I'm already accustomed to crafting all my textures, meshes, and even fluid simulations, enabling me to contribute to a team's library if necessary. However, I'm also comfortable using assets created by other professionals.
PERSONAL PROJECTS
These are the games I created by myself to explore and better understand various aspects of the game development process, such as programming, art, audio, and design, among others. Some of these projects began as hobbies but were eventually transformed into commercial products, published on all major platforms.
